Question by Ohemgee: What is the best exercise to get "sex lines" a.k.a v-line?
been doing the ab lounge not really seeing the results i wanted. i do 300 every day.

weighted ab exercises along will a really great diet and lots of cardio. Diet is key when trying to get visible abs. The lower your body fat is, the more defined your muscle are.
Getting good abs:
70%diet, 20% cardio, 10% ab exercises
